Progetto Manifattura is a dynamic space where industrial groups, small and medium enterprises and innovative start-ups interact and promote business synergies with the aim of solving common problems and tackling together the challenges of circular economy and sustainability.
Be Factory is a natural complement to the historical Progetto Manifattura. The new iconic buildings were designed by Japanese archistar, Kengo Kuma. Being both contemporary and practical, they are LEED certified and consist of modular offices and production areas from 280 to 1,000 m2.

Cooperative research, technology transfer and lifelong learning are the cornerstones of the Trentino economy. This is the reason why in Progetto Manifattura a range of different organisations coexist, such as industrial groups, research centres (Cimec and Cosbi), the Green Building Council, the Habitech District and the Sports University of Trento and Verona. The hub is also hosting a new project, still under construction, named TESS-Lab, i.e. a collective of 5 industrial research labs for sustainable development and quality of life. The facility will be focused on modelling, ICT, infrastructure, energy storage and energy systems.
Progetto Manifattura stands on a total area of 9 acres in Rovereto, Trentino. It is located in a strategic position, which connects continental Europe and the Mediterrean, thanks mainly to the Brennero railway and A22 motorway.
The hub provides start-ups, SMEs and industrial companies with production areas and dedicated services to support their growth.
